Another source for "re-engineered" window regulato
I found these guys on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW
Anyway, I called them instead of using ebay. Very friendly and efficient.
$180/each with a $30 core refund (prepaid return shipping label is included in the shipment).
Not too shabby...especially after the dealership wanted to charge $346/each for a part that will break again within a year.
Just thought I'd throw this out there...payback for all the other usefull info I've found here.
Cheers!

I think that is a little more than a brand new one bought through gmpartsdirect.com. I think the last time I bought one it was around $170 delivered.

Nunyo, Thanks for this information !!
(Auburn, I think you may have missed the point, that this is a "modified/improved" unit. According to the info on their website, they purchase the GM part new, and then do their "improvement" to correct the inherent design weakness of the factory original part. -I'm thinking that this would be a good reason for the price being a little higher?)
Hey, I can't speak for experience on this one, but I'm sure glad to be given hope that an "improved part" is available.
