Check with a dealer to get the P/N'*.
You might be able to use these air shock installation kits.
AK-29 (90 Deg. Elbow) $5.44 at Advance
AK-18 (Straight) $12.68 at Advance

I've been doing some searching, trying to find some information for you. I found what is listed as "Tube, Compressor" which by the diagram appears to be all the tubing between the compressor and both shocks. Cost shows about $100 US. #22177673
If you have an auto parts store nearby, you may want to check with them to see what kind of lines, or repair kits they may have. It will likely be cheaper.
