Default after market to stock radio help

well my aftermarket decks micro processor died, sooo im going to put my stock in. i go the wire harness out, now i cant seem to get the antenna adapter out. how do i do so?

DON'T TWIST.

Just pull and wiggle side to side. Be patient with it so you don't break it.

,ok i got it out, now my pproblem is there is this red wire that runs being my deck into my dash and connects too my harness, cant get it it, should i just cut it?
