Duh! Sorry Brad, long day at work. OK, the PCM is pulling the boost back due to the random misfires. How long since the last tune up?

Lol its no problem long day for me as well. I have changed the plugs, wires, air filter. I'm working on doing the fuel filter this weekend. I still need to changed the steel fuel lines as well as they are pretty rusted.

I'm not sure If they have ever been changed. I've only had the car 3 months it has 110k on it and they coolant level has not dropped one bit.

Ok, you said you still have the factory PCM? Are you able to drive around and see if you can duplicate the issues again?

What are you using for Spark plugs? I love Iridium, but they will not work on your setup and will provide the symptoms you are seeing after they start to glaze over. Are you running factory coil packs?

Yes they are iridium, but the previous plugs were iridium as well and yes I have the factory coil packs.

What? If the only mod is a tuned ECU Iridium plugs will work just fine. It'* not like he'* running mods like you or Venom.

I put a meter on the bcs. The connector seems fine. It'* hard to get an accurate reading on the bcs pins themselves It seemed a few times there was no way my leads could be touching and i was reading a dead short. If I unplug the bcs, would the car run differently ? would i be able to boost again normally ? That way I can determine for a fact it is the bcs ?
