yes, it should bolt right up, you may need new fog light brackets but i believe they are the same aswell... keep in mind that the SLE/SSEi bumpers are wider to flow with the extra body cladding that the SEs dont have, so it MAY look a bit odd.. i havent seen it in person so i can not be sure how it will match up
