Will 1990 Trans am 16" alloy rims fit my bonneville?
Hi!
I have a chance at getting a set of 16" alloy rims off a 2000 Trans am
(I know I put 1990 in title, but is 2000)
for a good buy.The tires on the rims are 245/50/16
My tire size is 225/60/16.
I am getting them shipped so I can't try before I buy.
Can someone tell me for sure if they will fit my 1997 Bonneville?
The seller says they will fit, but would like a second opinion.
Thanx

From my experience it depends on the offset of the rim and if the bolt patterns are the same. a rear wheel drive rim will usually stick way out and could possibly damage your fender or cause you problems when turning. By the looks of those tires they are wide and I'd bet on you getting some serious rub on every little bump or turn.
