Why are my headlights dimming when braking?

it would be easier to do something with the alt. you can reduce the size of the pulley. or change to the newer style alt, that has better idle output. i would have to do the research again but there is one that is just going to the yard or getting one at the stare for a different car and minimal mods to make it work

But, it isn't for our alternators. Ours is already a 140amp, these are upgrades for the smaller 100-105amps.

I dont know about yours, but my alternator doesn't look anything like that. Plus the mounting holes on the case are way different...

stock alt for 98 bonnie is cs-144. if you want to get one of the 244'* from the junk yard or new, you just need the bracket i posted, possibly a different belt. the belt i dont know seems back and forth

Ok, why does it look different than the pics in the link you posted? Im not doubting you, just trying to figure out the discrepancies.
