Drive around the city for a while then test it with a fuel pressure gauge on the test port of the fuel rail with it idling. Pull the vac line off the FPR and see what you get. And, if you can, get a gauge with a long hose so you can tape it to the windshield or run all the way to the driver'* seat and drive around, trying to replicate the loss of power.
