well, i checked everything, vac leak, tb cruise wire, and cleaning everything from the tb and nothing... i'll buy another PCM.. i'll try this

Is the car supercharged or not? L27 or L67?
Carefully inspect the EGR delivery tube to the intake manifold or supercharger. If it'* cracked, it'll do what you describe.

Used trans?
Did you happen to catch what year vehicle that "new" trans came from? Electronics varied inside the trans throughout the years.
Also, the gear ratios could be different from what the computer thinks should be there. That will give the PCM some heartburn.

There is a tag (well, SHOULD be a tag) on the transmission. Backside, facing the firewall, passenger side, near the differential cover. Looks like this:
We are interested in digits 3-6. In this case, 5BFW. That will tell us if this trans is compatible for your year. If you can get to it, and read the numbers (will probably have to wipe road grime off of it), and post them, that will help us help you.

well, the problem was the pcm! we scaned it and after erease the code it had always another code who appeared... we change the pcm and everything is clean! :P
