Canada is easy. Being a light package..it'* the small form.
PM me your addy and phone number for the customs form. It'll be on it'* way.
On the weatherstrip..the inside color is the one I meant. If your interior is tan...the weatherstrip on the inside is also tan. Or graphite or grey.

Hi Bill,
Are you talking about the flexible trim that is supposed to hold the weather stripping in place?
I think it'* the black rubber weather stripping I will need more of, as I'm going to remove it all and re-apply, leaving a small gap at the bottom of the door frame.
Please clarify which you have extra of. Or maybe I'm confused :?:

I will say that Pages 5 and 6 pretty much sum it up pretty well and there is some good advice there..![Wink](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/wink.gif)

This is what we are talking about for the door weatherstrips. First remove the threshold trim plate. Then pull the strip off starting at the joint at the bottom and re-attach it starting from the top middle working your way back down to the bottom on both sides pushing the strip all the way in place, all the way around. This results in a gap at the bottom center, equal to the amount of shrinkage. You then fill the gap with a piece cut from a strip from a junkyard.

Thanks for all the help and pics.
When re-applying the weather stripping, is it necessary to re-glue it in place using an RTV or is it enough to slide it back into the groove?

Since I agree with WillWren...
Check for a loose sunroof where the roof may not be tight against the seal and allowing water in. You won't find this as a fix in Jr'* thread ( I wonder why

Ha!
The turtle pond'* eco system is becoming more desirable. Pretty mild in Southern Ontario over the past few days (54F today and raining) so the wet underpad and carpet created a moist, damp atmosphere which the turltes will enjoy. It'* also fogging up my windows.
Nothing much new to report yet. I noticed last night that after really taking a close looks, wow, my seals have all pulled tight. Three doors are affected, no wonder.
It'* been pulling far enough away that I could see the other side using a flash light.
Last night I concentrated on my self thinking sun roof (I have a separate thread open on that one, "Loose Sunroof") I'll post some results of that little adventure there.
I'll jump into the weatherstripping with both feet likely over the weekend, likely Sunday, 39F and sunny. I'll be sure to let you know the outcome.
I'll keep the carpet lifted up until I'm sure the problems are solved.
