Figured it out, Upper heater tube running into intake has small 10mm fastener that is hidden holding it in place and once all other tensioner bolts are pulled, and last bolt by lower tube (running into water pump housing) is loosened the lower tube can be pulled out toward firewall-its a resistance fit, no fastener holding it and a small O-ring seal. Now just have to put everything back together.

I think the new tensioner is a bit tighter, but went and picked up a Dayco 102" belt 5061020 from Advance Auto. Seems that most are 102.5-103, which is what I had been running before. The shorter belt made a big difference. Also the O-rings I found that worked best for the heater pipes were sourced from Lowe'* hardware #30 and #67 7/8" OD x1/16" thick and 13/16" OD by 1/16". Now the only thing I'm concerned about is a rumble/growl that is most noticeable upon deceleration-probably needs a new thread. Seems there are a lot of TSBs for this, hope it is not a serious transaxle problem. I think this noise may have been masked by the other squeaks that were going on. I'm wondering if this could be the PS pump, but no noises when turning wheels or leaking. It has been overfilled for some time.
