neekolas, A few more questions, Did you connect the SES wire, and how did you deal with the low fuel light?

Dame is right, it is a big risk i took cuttin the dash, and im luck it turend out as good as it did. He is also right about the curve of the dash, the trim panel does not match the curvature of the SE dash pefectly the largest gap is about a half inch, i was able to remedy this problem with some adhsive foam that i painted blue (satifactory), so the ideal way to give your bonne what it always wanted (a HUD) is to find a HUD dash I must agree with Dame on this one........but for the crazy car owner who isnt quite right in the head can go ahead and cut there dash alike i did mine................lol
thanks for all the feed back guys,

Dame and neek, any way I could convince you two to put down the battle-axes, work something out, and come up with a good procedure, covering both (or all) options?
Step by step, destined for Techinfo? Maybe we could get KEOTOK'* input for the 87-91 Gen?

You guys are to be congratulated. I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE to install a HUD in a non-HUD ride. That'* why I opted for the SSEi with this option. Now that I did, though, I never use it during the day. I am sort of near-sighted (lousy glasses!) and during the day the display gets lost on the background.
I am waiting for Daylight Savings Time (Oct 30th) so that, when I commute home in the dark, I will be able to use this function. At night, it is indispensable. It keeps your eyes up and on the lookout for deer, which are plentiful thanks to animal rights morons.
OOpps! That'* another subject!!!!
Good job. I like this club, glad I found it. Friendly bunch and very informative.
