i am in a little town called duke center pennsylvania, we live right on the new york pa border 16729 is the zip. its about an hour from buffalo ny

i pretty much ignored the starter wireing but i just put it up on ramps and the small wire on the starter is a hair bit loose and well there is plenty of oil leakage all over the harness there from what apears to be leaking cooler lines could that have anything to do with it? the starter never fails to start or sounds weird or slow... im going to tighten it and try again at this point if somone told me wiping calimine lotion ion the rear marker lights would work lol i would be trying it

ok under the passenger side kick panel next to the ecm is a rail of fuses and relays one of those relays clicks so fast when this thing freaks out that it almost viberates it appears by the dagram on the sticker to be the fuel pump relay....even after i took that relay out the charge and traction control lights still click on and off like mad and once in a while the ses light would flicker on too

well i give up, fuel pump powered through the test lead it still stalls, i took the computer apart and cant see anything overtly wrong no scoreing or spots that show heat or anything the board is clean as can be. not saying that still couldnt be the culprit :( I have been through the entire power harness from the battery all the way through to the various locations under the hood and dash. im about to rip the */c off it and call a "we buy junk cars" number get my 50 bucks from them lol and get drunk

Call some junkyards to see if they have a computer & if you can return it if it doesn't help. Depends on the yard but should cost in the $20 - $50 range. Actually a pretty cheap fix.

Edit - Ignore me, thats what I get for not reading the WHOLE thread. I just read his last post.

Though with a 94 or 95, the PCM is suspect also.

The fuel filter won't make the relays click on & off.

i called around to all the local yards but nobody has one for this car they all tell me it has to be THE one for an 1994 ssei is that true? i really dont mind spending the 300 for a new one if i knew it would work, but i sure as hell am not about to pour 300 more into it just to see doing stuff like that gets me into trouble, i have a set of brake calipers, speed sensors and abs computer for a 92 new yorker out in my garage and the car is probably recycled into beer cans by now come to think of it... i ended up married and divorced doing the same thing lol
