The Schraeder valve is going to be on the fuel rail, on the back bank. Look for a valve cap that looks like should be on a tire. Take that off, and place a pointed object on that valve, and push down. You should get a fairly decent spray from that...if its just a trickle, you got no built up pressure...and no pressure means no running pump.

Here is a pic with the regulator. It is the little silver canister on the far left in the middle with the one vac line to it. That is the fuel pressure regulator. Pull the line off and check for fuel in it.

There is no gas in the vacuum line.
it'* idleing pretty low now if i could give
it a number it be around .7-.9
usually it idled around 1.2
And when i hold it around 1.5
it feels like somones knocking on the
bottom for the car it'* hard to describe
but thats the best analogy i could come up with.
When trying to start. it cranks slow.
i don't know if that has anything to do
with the starting problem.
Could The Catilytic Converter Possibly Be Causing This ??
I'm starting to think this bonneville is garbage and never gonna work properly.

It sounds like somthings slipping out of place.
or a rough clicking But it doesn't do it in gear
but that doesn't really bother
me it the whole starting problem that'* driving me
crazy.
could it be a clogged catilytic converter ?
Or a dirty throttle body ?

Sounds to me like timing chain jumped. How many miles are on this car? The tensioners on series 1 motors are worth about 150,000 miles, and when it goes it'll rattle and possibly jump.
