I would start with the check engine light though. Get the codes by using this Techinfo article http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...e=article&k=57
Then look the codes up using this one http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...e=article&k=69
Let us know what codes you have and what they are according to that techinfo article.
After chasing down a boat load of problems on mine, yours being one of them, I am now a believer that in the case of intermittent problems, that it is very often either one or more of the chassis grounds or bad/dirty/corroded connectors for the electronics. I won't burden you, and will reserve all that for later, depending if you find any codes stored.

Was it turning over in the 1st video?
If you keep cranking it like you're doing in the 2nd video you're going to fry the starter.
Sure sounds like like a weak battery in the 2nd vid.

BTW - Please don't start any more topics on this issue. Keep all the posts here.
Have you pulled the rubber boots & cleaned the ends of the battery cables?
Does it turn over any faster when jumped?

58 is a known bug - disregard it.
67 shouldn't cause starting problems
I'm not sure if 61 could cause a vacuum leak or not.
I'll see if I can find any info on 61.
Check for spark at each of the three front cylinders & check for fuel in the vacuum line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator.

Man, today was a busy day at work....maybe now I can post some more
Good...you pulled codes. But none of those codes will cause a no-start condition. So either the PCM itself is shot (or flaky...I've seen the circuit traces inside these PCMs and they aint pretty after all this time), or there is something wrong that the PCM just wont see.
After seeing your video, I would like to think your ground buss is a culprit in this. Either that, or your battery just doesn't have the juice it should anymore. Is there a date code on the battery that you can see? It could be a punchcard-type decal, or it could even be a sticker with a letter and a number.
