Turn Signals
My turn signal won't flash. It will disengage after i make the turn but will not blink.
I have already tried replacing the cylindrical relay thing on my steering column but no luck.
My hazard lights function still work and there are no burnt out bulbs. any ideas???

There'* two flashers. One for turn and the other for hazard. Since your hazards work properly, simply swap the flashers to see if that is the problem. You might have changed the wrong one.
If memory serves me right, the turn flasher is on the left side of the opening under the column and the hazard is on the right side of the same opening.

Just a question for clarity: Are you talking about both sides not working, or one side in particular? I had a similar problem with my turn signals recently (on one side), and the only problem was that there was a dual element bulb that had one element that was bad, and one good one. Replaced that bulb, and was good as new. The dual element bulb threw me for a loop for about a week before my dad solved the problem.
