Trouble w/my 1995 SSE, it has a P0117 code UPDATE it's back

Trouble w/my 1995 SSE, it has a P0117 code UPDATE it'* back
After I replaced all my coolant hoses I went ahead and installed a 180deg stat. I also replaced my coolant sending unit and cleaned the Throttle body, Ideal Air control valve, Mass Air Flow sensor and I replaced all the vacuum fittings in the area around the filter assembly.
Everything seemed fine after I finished, the car drove great, but I did have a SES light on the dash that I didn't have before any of this work. The next day I noticed the gas pedal felt like it was stuck (wouldn't go down) until I tapped on it with my foot a little harder than usual but the car still drove great (still having an SES light). The next day I noticed it did the same again, I had to bump the pedal to free it up then it was fine. Anytime the car sits a little while it sticks, it never did this before I cleaned the Throttle body. I did remove the Throttle plate when I was cleaning it so I'm thinking it'* not aligned right anymore. But now the car is running bad. While driving the RPMs will go very high and if your in grear it want to drive it'* self, also, sometimes it'* harder to start when hot and the car smells like gas now.
So I checked the codes and found two of them
P0117 : Coolant Temp Sensor Signal Low
P0406 : Linear EGR Pintle Position , Position Error
I cleared the codes and now I only have the P0117 code coming back. I replaced the sensor with a Delco part from my dealer. Maybe it'* bad, I don't know. I still have the old one I removed and I will reinstall it tomorrow and see if it clears the code.
I have an Actrorn CP9190 so last night I data logged everything and this was what it shows, any ideas?
Could the low coolant temp/ sensor be causing me all these problems other than the stick throttle plate in the closed position?

Got it fixed today It was the connection at the coolant sensor that caused all those problems, car thought it was to cold. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and all is good now. I'm not sure why the connection was not good the first time because it was plugged in all the way. I did have a lot of die-electric grease in there, maybe too much??
No more SES light and the car is running like it did before I broke it
Except for the throttle plate that sticks after it sits over night until you bump the throttle once to free it up. When I reinstalled it I aligned it until it closed all the way. Is that correct? Is there some sort of a better way to align it?

P0117 came back today on the way to work :? I also got a P0705 (PRNDL Switch failure code.) :? I hooked up my scanner and also found that I'm having a random misfire issue. (no code for this problem yet) Cylinder 3 and 6 seem to do it most but I did see 4 doing it as well. Maybe some others are doing it not sure yet.
Car has
New plugs and wires, AC DelcoNew
Ignition module (couple months old), AutoZone
One new coil pack (couple months old), AutoZone--other two are older and from Advance Auto
New Cooling sensor, Ac Delco
Just cleaned the throttle body, IAC and MAF
The problems started after I cleand the throttle body and replaced the Cooling temp sensor.
I noticed a slight miss driving to work today also probably related to the random misfire I seen earlier. It happend aroung 62mah light throttle. When I stopped a 7-11 I had a lot of trouble getting the car to restart and run right. The first two times I was able to start it it ran very bad. It stalled out both times and had a strong rich odor coming from the exhaust. :?

Was the coolant sensor replaced because of a problem with it? If it worked ok, you may want to try reinstalling the old one and see if things improve. Also, carefully check the wiring leading to the sensor.

Perhaps the new sensor has an intermittent connection internally. Putting the old one back in could say whether that was the case. If so, then you can perhaps get a refund or replacement on the new one. Is this on the '95 or the 02? Does the '95 two sensors? One for the guage and one for the computer? Frankly, I don't know when they changed that.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, one sensor, it has three wires. One of them feeds the dash and another one feeds the cpu. I am guess the third wire may be a ground, not sure.
