it seems like my trans is slipping at full throttle and as a result my boost gauge pegs and a lean bank 1 code up
and recently my exhaust broke open in front of my cat.
it also kicks off the traction control when sitting idle for a long time but traction control turns back on after driving a little distance.
before anyone asks my abs light does not come on either
the issue with the cat makes me think posible clogged cat. but would that necessarily throw off the TC i didnt think so but i could be wrong.
i can not see the tranny being broken when i only rebuilt it 14000 miles ago and yeh i hitt the throttle hard but i cant see it breaking the internals.

I would think you have a few unrelated problems.
You need to fix the cat. I'd wonder if the stainless pipe finally gave way after 11 years. Cat'* don't just "go bad", usually a faulty O2 sensor richens the engine and they die from too much fuelling.
The traction control, you'll need to get it TechII scanned to find out what the true situation is with that. Although certain items can cause TC to become inoperative.
The transmission is slipping in fourth. This is usually caused by the 4th gear spline. Check the receipt for your rebuild and see if that was replaced, as well as all the clutches.
