'Thud' in the Rear...
OK...so, just about every other time i come to a complete stop it sounds like i had my bookbag in the trunk and it rolled over, im not stoping hard...but i tried that and i heard it once of the two times i did...
Nothing is rattling during the drive, i got up to 80mph with the traffic on the interstate and felt nothing unusual, turning is fine so idk what it is, other than something a little losse, any idea what it would be guys?

i don't recall hearing anything at any other time other than stopping...

A few things to take a close look at might be rear body mounts, control arm bushings, stabilizer end links, stabilizer insulators, shock absorbers.

Yes, that could happen and an easy way to tell which side is to feel the temp of the rims. If one side is hotter than the other than thats the side witht he stuck brake.

Well, bonnevilles don't have trac(k) bars, so I don't know what you're talking about there.
I suspect your rear brakes are fubar. A close inspection with the drums off is in order.
