If anyone can confirm that the 61037 is the correct Felpro number for a 94SE, I'd sure appreciate some confirmation that I'm getting the right one.

Clean it GENTLY with a qtip and alcohol or electrical contact cleaner, make sure not to put pressure on the filaments.
Carburetor cleaner has been proven to kill MAFs on this site. Our members are victims of this.

I think that it'* safe to say that you can use carb cleaner at your own risk, but in the past there have been problems using carb cleaner on TB'*. Mainly MAF sensor failures. I guess you can say "You've been warned?" hehe
