Struts.............
Both of the ride lights are lit on the console......so I assume that the CCR'* are shot.
My question is those of you that have had to replace the struts, what brand did you use. I would like to keep it as close to the factory ride as possible.
BTW....the dealer that I bought the car from will replace the struts.
Now I just gotta find out which are the best for keeping a quality ride.
I don't want it too stiff or too soft!!!!!!!!

i believe only the back ones have Auto Level Control but i'm only speaking from knowledge in the '87 to 91 realm.. someone confirm this?
mike diaz
p.*. i believe the auto level control shocks are much more pricy than the regulars... something to the extent of like 140 and up (U.*.D) per strut.

You can get CCR replacements from AC Delco, at about $300/ea
My dad just put Monroe Reflexes on his 96 Park Ave and it is NICE! Run from sensa tracs, you will be replacing them after 2 years or less. Seen it too many times.
I am getting KYBs for the front of my SSEi, then Monroe Gas Matics with the air support for the rear.
Make sure you get air shocks installed on the rear to keep the ELC functionality.
