steering problem/ clunk noise.
okay something is really driving me crazy. A loud thumping noise everytime i turn. it does it like three or four times only when i am going slow. If i turn hard left or right and then drive, which ever way i turned last it pulls that way. Help! I thought it was the sway bar link but i changed that today, and its still doing it.

regarding that thumping that u have, i had a 92 ssei that did the same thing and what i found it to be was the strut tower bearings. have someone turn the wheels and listen at the strut towers with the hood open and i bet thats your problem.

I have to do the same thing on my car as well as replace a few other things on the suspension.
What all do you need to do to remove the struts? Do you put the spring compresor on the spring then unbolt the strut assembley? How do you decompress the without it popping and killing yourself?
