So I changed out the TPS and Unplugged the EGR and...
The trans problems went away.
The TPS was reading 6 volts at idle, now it is 1/10th of that.
Still rough, cant break the tires, and the boost does not get above 7 but we are getting there

Plug your EGR back in. It'* causing the roughness by it'* absence.
Good job on the TPS. The trans uses the TPS signal to know when to shift, and to determine if it should lock up the TCC or not.

When plugged in the EGR Valve makes it loose power and run rough. It still runs rough but with that out I can spin the tires ok. Problem right now is that it gets to about 35 and is still confused. It has lots of low end starting power but the engine still has hardcore issues. The Check Engine light is still on as the traction control light. It is amazing how crappy it was when I thought the torque converter had gone mad when it was just a silly TPS.
* The boost gauge at WOT NEVER EVER gets above that 3/4 mark
* The Oil pressure gauge never gets to 40..usually 30 or 35 according to guage
* The RPMs refuse to go above 4 Grand

Making great progress Hans. You mentioned the car was not driven for years? I'm sure by now you have changed the oil. Did you notice any difference in the pressure when you changed it.

The oil pressure gauge may be bad as well.
The RPM Problem is in gear. It also has the rev limiter in park/neutral where you cant get above 3500 or 4 but in drive the car JUST CRAPS OUT and does not get higher than 7 psi or whatever that middle mark between 0 and 10.
I really need a scanner that can scan this car, Any model reccomendations welcome

Have you done the basic tune up items yet? Maybe checked the plugs?
The same scanner that will read your 94 Olds will read that 94 SSEi... They have the Same PCM with a Diffrent EPROM chip...
Is the SES light on at all? You may want to see if the PCM is seeing any problems with the EGR and or the like...

Darn...already had the oil changed. In reading something on the 95 FSM it mentions a pressure valve down at the oil filter area. It is supposed to help diagnose oil pump versus worn bearings. LMK if you get a mechanical gauge on it and it really is low and you'd like to diagnose pump/bearings.
