Be patient. It is true that there are not too many near you, but with any luck, eventually someone who is close, with the right scantool, might find this. Not everybody gets on or reads everything everyday.

yeah i will but that just makes me mad about what advace did to me i wasted gas to get there just to get my car checked out and they just............................ pissed me off. how much do you think a chevrolet dealer would charge to check it.

No. The '93 Bonneville was the last you could do that with.
'94 and '95 Bonnevilles still used the OBDI protocol, but could output in OBDII code. I imagine the "paper clip" method was just not up to providing so much information (unless you were "Spock" or "Data" or somebody able to read all the flashes).
