Default S1 L67 cylinder heads

93 S1 L67 heads, will another model year work (94/95)? I am assuming that there is a difference between the L67 heads and the NA version? Can someone verify please?

Actually .. IIRC the heads were the same for SC and NA from 93-95.

93-95 L67 heads are the same as 93-94 L27 heads.

92 is the odd duck.

I checked partsamerica.com and they list the same part # for both. I wanted to be sure before I go get a set of boneyard cheapies to play with.

Thx Boosty

Thx to you 2 Zillameister!

They ARE compatible, but only if you also swap the rocker pedestals, rocker arms, and rocker arm bolts.

Ideally, you want a set of heads from 94/95 for potentially fewer miles and roller pivot rockers. Or 93 and newer L27, or 94 and newer L67.

I'm planning on finding a set, porting, adding roller rockers and springs. If I understand correctly 94 (up to 99 or 95)? or newer L67 or 93 (up to 99 or 95?) L27? I guess a better question is what model year is the cutoff. Sorry, I'm confused ........ muscle relaxers due to the fact that I lost a wrestling match with the rear seat in the Bonne.

Mike .... i thought you would have said Mighty Duck!

They are in the same grouping to me, but we still fight and use parts from other cars/engines to make some HP, or hope to.

I have a set of 93 heads off my parts car. Make me an offer plus shipping. I'll let them go fairly cheap as they are taking up space at my parents and I already have a spare 93 L67 short block and 94 L67 complete motor.
