2 things here.... My 91 will free rev untill Kaboom happens.... No limiters here...
My 95 will rev to 4000 Rpms in park, neatural, and you will not exceed 4000 Rpms untill after 15mph.... The redline limiter is after 6000 rpms( fuel cut off ) And my car is OBD1 compliant...
What was the limiter on the 92-93 and 94 Bonnies, and was there 1 or 2 limiters?
Possibly fuel cutoff at 5700? No rev limiter in park?

So in 93-93 GM must have just wanted to keep the engine from going through the roof whil not under any load...
Makes me wonder about the 94.... The only diffrence other than L27 for 94 and L36 for 95 is the programming.... Any one know about the 94 models?

I saw 119 on the GPS.
(1994 L27)
When I had my 95 L67 with the blown trans It would rev to 5200RPM according to the gauge (not like I would do this but hell what are you going to do with a car you paid $100 for...lol)
