Put your heads together...
Problem - TCC kicks out on highway after some time and drops out of OD.
TCs
21 - TPS low
22 - TPS high
31 - PRNDL
39 - TCC problem
43 - ESC Circuit
58 - PASS (Always)
These codes were taken before any diagnostics were performed. I cleared codes and then test drove for about 15 minutes on the highway. Worked perfectly and then just jumped out of overdrive into 4th and the TCC was not engaging. I went home and checked codes again:
39 TCC problem.
The tranny was doing this before I had it rebuilt 7 months ago. It has gotten worse recently. I have had problems with the TPSs (on the third in as many years).
So what I am wondering before I get out all the wiring diagrams and my DVOM, is has anyone experienced this before?
Other problems:
Boost is way too high (all the time). Even idling, it is just below 0 boost. Accelerating puts it almost to max and heavy accelerating buries it. I get an engine ping (more like a growl) (detonation possibly) when it is hot and on heavy acceleration. Needless to say I have been very careful. This hasn't been all the time because sometimes I will start it up and it will be nice and low and have tons of power. If it was a clogged cat, it would be all the time especially out on the highway. Could it be the bypass solenoid? Suggestions?
Oil pressure gauge runs at mid range at idle but during acceleration buries itself.
I have some work cut out for myself so suggestions and tips are very appreciated.
Thanks.

Once code 21 is in memory, TCC will not lock up.
Sounds like your & your DVOM will be close friends for awhile. Boost & oil guages getting too much voltage. i.e. dash circuit voltage problem.
May have problem with grounds to your PCM, TPS, PRNDL.

The code 21 was in memory, which is the reason that I cleared the memory for the test drive. After the test drive and the problem re-occuring after a while, the only code was code 39 (TCC) and no code 21. The code 21 can be in memory just not a hard fault (i.e. occuring right at the moment).
I think I am going to have to consult my Mitchells on Demand to figure out the proper voltage for the dash but I think that all the gauges would be affected. I am getting driveability problems with the boost I think.
Any other suggestions?
