I assume that was sitting still and a quick rev?

What is the pressure when on the highway and when was your last oil and filter change?

As well..what oil and filter do you change with when you change?

Worst case scenario...are you low on coolant?

I am driving at 60 mph with the cruise on and yes i have had the upper intake manifold failure i put a new upper intake manifold on with the smaller egr tube and suppost to be reconditioned where that wont happen again and it has a crack when i was tighting one of the upper intake manifold bolts when it was atr 60 inch lbs of touqe it was the bolt on the left side the one by the pcv valve it cracked not to bad just by the bolt but it seems ok kept it at 60 inch lbs of tourqe so itr wouldn't crack more also engine rebuild at 89k and after the engine rebuild it burnt about 1/2 qt of oil every 1500 miles from the engine rebuild to now..... the lim gaskets were not replaced when my upper intake went out and when the engine went out it was cause of the uim failure that my uncle did not catch (my uncl;e is the previous owner from like 199 he said he spent 3 grand total on engine rebuild and uim....... that was done at 89k... ne more info needed ask please.

I would stop using the Fram filter, the 10w-40 oil should have the viscosity to keep the pressure higher than that even at running temp. When you turn the key to the "on" position, car not running, where does the gauge sit? I am thinking possibly a bad oil pressure sensor?

I had a problem with my coolant temp sensor and not only did it mess with the coolant temp gauge, it also messed with the oil pressure gauge. :? Something to think about.

Is your selector lever in 3 or D?
