well i went and looked again and both 20amps are good, i still cant see the # of the slot but i can tell u that it is the third one up from the buttom and closest to the fire wall? this was the one that was blown before. wish i could be more of a help. tomarrow will go get a megnafying glass is need be, bad eyes and a fat head :(

Wish I was closer. I'd like to see this for myself. I do believe you are the first we've seen with no power to the ICM without the fuse being blown.
Below is a picture of the ICM wiring harness. The wire we want to check is the pink with black stripe on the left hand side. If this is what you checked then we need to see if power is getting to the fuse. Remove fuse #6 & check for power at both terminals for the fuse. One side should have 12 volts. Ground the black meter probe then touch the red meter probe to each of the fuse terminals. Let us know what you find.

Thanks for showing that photo!! am sorry this is like pulling teeth. Thats not what i tested i didnt even see that wireing harness, tomarrow i will look again!! and retest
