Oil Pressure Sending Unit
I've been having some low oil pressure issues-- it seems to be directly corrolated to the temperature of the car, so i'm working toward fixing that. My question about an oil pressure sending unit arises from a similar issue with my wife'* stratus-- it seems that on that car this unit is a commonly failing unit that can be replaced (and the low oil pressure light actually is just indicated the failing unit --not necessarily the actual oil pressure)
so- does my 94 have such a unit that would be changeable-- and how likely is this my issue?

Oil pressure will vary with temperature as the viscosity of the oil changes. Like the difference between molasses in winter and summer. How much of a difference is there between when you first start it an say 30minutes later?

im pretty sure the 40 line is about at 12 oclock-- its usually right above that at start... and 30min later it will reach to just above the red at idle (when above 2k rpms it is fine)
