Please disconnect your battery cables for 30 minutes to clear your codes. Then try to restart for a few minutes, and read your codes again.

ITs still getting a code 17 now. Im not 100% sure the rockers were moving, i was by myself, i looked, noted its position, cranked it over and over and over, came and looked, same exact spot, so i did it a few more times, same position, so i dunno
