I used a craftsman TQ wrench one of the clicky ones. Get a snap or one or something. IMO, torque wrenches are not a place to go cheap
Back together, coolant filled, brought to operating temp burping it along the way. I think I got almost all the air out...will take it for a drive at some point. Thinking of giving the RTV a bit more time to "harden"
