I use autolite copper plugs, cheep and work great. Stock OEM plug wires is all you need, other more expensive wires is just throwing your money away. Mobil1 synth oil is a good choice. Royal purple is over priced.

If your going with a disposable one, then it really don't mater. I've used Fram. I just wont use Fram for oil filters.

Most of us tend to stay away from that brand. Problems with their O2 sensors not lasting more then a month. However, I will admit I have never put one in myself, so that'* just what I hear. I can only really comment on what I use, autolite plugs, super cheep, well made, great performance. After nearly 40 years of working on engines, I've found a plug is a plug, a $1.50 plug works as well as a $25 plug.
