My heat is not working!
I swear one thing after another on this car. It kind of cold and misty out today and I tried turning on my heat and it won't blow out any hot air. I got the electronic unit and when I put the temp up to hot temps it won't blow out any hot air. I had it on for like 10 minutes and it isn't real cold so it should of started blowing out hot air by that time. What would be causing this? I swear first it'* the no starting problems, then it'* maybe the water pump going out, then it'* the guages stuck, my master cylinder is leaking. I guess I got this car when all the stuff is supposed to go out.

The airmix door is in the venting itself. Check the t-stat first, it'* a heck of a lot easier and is more than likely the culprit. And if it isn't, it has probably never been changed anyway.

Re: NO heat
You had better pray it is not the air mix door actuator.....ESPECIALLY if you have the passenger air bag!!! You should be getting a flashing temp light a few seconds after engine start/ heater ops if the air mix door is the problem....if it is flashing it will flash for about two minutes. If it is flashing do the "self-diagnostic" as described in the tech section and see what code. The door mix actuator is a code 40 I believe - check for sure in the tech section. HOpe it is the thermostat!!!!

It flashes for a few seconds then goes to normal temps. On the other hand the car does rise to normal temps of about 200, and sometimes goes alittle above maybe 220. I pulled the codes about a week ago and it had nothing to do with that. I'm sure it'* the t-stat, I picked one up today but it'* been raining and I haven't been able to put it in yet.

It does sound like the air mix door. Have you done the procedures for pulling ECC codes yet? If you did, I'll bet you got a 40. That is the error code for air mix door.
The good news is that several of us have recently gone through it so we can give you our experiences to help. The bad news is it is not a very fun job. Lots of disassembly. You can do it though
