Default Master Cylinder

as my break problems continue...im guessing its the master cylinder...we adjusted the drums the other day so that htey worked fine...and bled the system as well but didnt bleed the master cylinder...anyways...i think the drums still work fine because when we adjusted them the parking break actually was harder to press in...so im guessing thats because we adjusted them right...well it started doing the same thing again and the parking break is still hard to press so im guessing the drums are good its just the master cylinder that is being stupid...new one at checker is 59 dollars...gmparts is 150...im gunna try bleeding the master cylinder on saturday see if that helps...any ideas on anythign else?

Whats it doing?? I just had to replace my master cylinder because the piston inside was catching therefore making my brakes very weak. Put new one on and wala like brand new.

Just replaced the master cylinder in my '94SSE.
The brakes would work fine if you stepped on them with
good pressure but then would fade out as you stopped.
If you slowly pressed on them it would go almost all the way to the floor.
Not Good. Turned out Master was bad.
Also changed out the rotors and pads for EBC Sport.
All works great now.

Just a thought here...Have you checked all your lines for leaks? Could be letting air in...
