Wow guys! Awesome of you to offer your time like that! I'll get some local quotes once the car gets back from the window tint and radio install. I ordered (4) Kumho tires for the 16" stock wheels and also one replacement stock wheel to fix the bent one. Hopefully the intake can be taken care of next.

Intake manifold replacement
I have a 1999 chevrolet Lumina 3.8 V6 I ended up driving to work one day and the car was running great with no signs of any problems, I turned the car off and went into work. I got off work and went to start the car but it wouldn't start so I had it towed home on Thanksgiving day. The tow truck driver looked at the car and told my husband to crank the key over that he would take a look at it sure enough he did and we heard a humongous blow up sounded like a bomb we thought the tow truck driver was dead by the way he was laid over under the hood but thank God he was alright. So much pressure built up in the intake manifold and blew a whole right through it and into tons of pieces. I priced the intake manifold at an auto parts store and they priced it at $200 but I got online and started looking around and found a place called rockautoparts.com and found the intake manifold with all new gaskets, o'rings and ect. For $78.33 and that is where I buy all my auto parts from now because they sell remanufactured and new parts for half the prices anyone else does.... Hopefully I can get my car on the road!
