Default Knowing If My Transmitter Is An Available Option 1993 SE

I was wondering do i have the wireless transmiter for my bonneville and if the option is available for my year car model where is the way to buy a remote key.

I was reading on my owners manual i might have an alarm and if i do so , how can i install it and where do i check.

Thank you in advance

check for the RPO code AU5 - remote keyless entry, lock control(special frequence) on your spare tire cover

or open the trunk and look at the back of the seat, there will be a small black box that has an FCC number on it somewhere

Uh, my RPO says I have it, but I don't have the small black box behind the back seat.

You can find em on Ebay. Or spend an arm and a leg at the dealer.

I think Mos95 had a link that sent you to a site that you had to put your VIN# in and they could give you the correct one.
