Ive got a couple questions to ask.
I fired up the ol bonnie today and noticed no sound out of my radio. My radio still powers on and lights up but none of my controls work on the radio or the steering wheel and also my defroster is stuck on high and wont shut off.
Number 2 my service engine soon light is on but it goes on and off as you drive around. Would just like to see if you guys knew about any of this thanks.

I'm advising you don't disconnect the battery yet. Considering you have a 92, you can do the paperclip trick and pull the codes yourself. Let'* get that code first before clearing it. Then we can go ahead and disconnect the battery.

The Quick Paper Clip Test
Since we are looking at the connector pins, it should be mentioned here that a quick method to see which trouble code or codes are being set in your cars ECM is to jumper the A and B pins of the 12 pin ALDL OBD1 connector with a paper clip. While the car is off, sitting still, turn the ignition key forward while this jumper is in place. Do not start the car. The Service Engine Soon ( SES ) light will flash in a repeating sequence, telling which trouble codes have been set in the ECM.

When you first power the car on(not running) the first code should be 12. This indicates the system is functioning properly. Once you get the other codes, bring them back here and we can help you out from there.

With all these codes, I'm wondering how the car still runs.
Does it run ok? Any hesitation issues, rough idle, unresponsive throttle?
Now you can go back out and disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and reconnect. If you can, take it for a drive for about 10 minutes. If the light comes back on, redo the same test and check for new/updated codes.

It seemed to run bad when I bought it it had lots of hesitation I refueled it with premium gas and drive it home and parked it because of the coupler. When i got in it to drive it today the hesatation was gone and it drove fine. I know the IAT code I unplugged it when I put the cold air intake on the other codes idk.

I disconnected the battery and took her for a spin for about 10 min and all the codes came back except the 1-3 and 5-8. To me the car seems to run fine I can tell you for sure it runs alot better than the day I brought it home.

My Buick does something similar when the ELC Maxifuse gets pulled. It might be worth your while to check fuses. My gut also tells me you may be facing an issue with a corroded ground bus, which I believe is under the carpet near the front of the driver door.
