HELP!, My back left lower control arm Broke...*New Pics*
I was driveing down the highway and THUD!!..
i came to a scraping stop on the side of the road and got out and my lower back left ball joint RIPED out of the control arm.
Ever seen this befor????
anyone know where to get one or how much to fix, or was there a recall on this ever?

Wow! That'* a new one for me. Luckily it didn't cause you to lose control while driving. I had a set of rear strut assemblies from the 97 donor car that I think I gave to Boosty. I'll see if I can get ahold of him and point him to this thread.

it look like some how the control arm around the ball joint just cracked and pulled out..

I just talked to Boosty and I did not give them to him. Next place they could be is at the lot where I store my parts car. Oddly enough I was there today but did not trip over the assemblies so I'll have to make sure they're still there.

I called my buddy who rents the lot where the parts are/were. He seems to think they were taken to the junkyard along with the 97 shell. To be certain, I'll have to look tomorrow. Meanwhile, keep a close eye on that auction and check with JimmyFloyd. He'* also in NY and might have what you need.

yeah i met jimmyfloyd once, him and i went to the junk yard about 3 weeks ago
i sent him a PM asking if he has one..
