Bill, plug wires are brand new delcos. The crack was visible and is now sealed 100%.
I took it in They will check the ign system for 60 bucks and from there they should know whats up.

okay guys, dont laugh. Canadian Tire fixed the problem, spark plug 4 was loose at the base, meaning you could wiggle the plug around porceline side to metal fitting.

Matt... I just replaced my front exhaust manifold. It'* not a bad job at all. Easy to do, probably 3-4 hours if you don't rush it.
According my a local junk yard, all 3.8'* used the same manifolds for a bunch of years around the 92-95 era. Check with your local guy for interchange and I'm sure you can find at least one 3.8 on his lot that will fit. My guy charged me $35 and life is good now.
