Here is another little-known factoid. The PCM has a table for injector pulsewidth vs. voltage. If the voltage is too low, the pw is going to be off-kilter.

Ok here is the list of numbers and I went all around under the hood with a can of carb cleaner and found no leaks. I did find that the O2 held on rich when held at 3000rpm. The last time I scanned it it would hold lean when you bliped it to the floor. It also has a exhaust leak and pops when it decelerates after a rev and I am not sure where the leak is. The voltages as far as the scanner goes stayed at right around 13.0. There are no more codes either. Let me know what you think, and thanks again.

Idle looks fine. The PCM is trying pretty hard to lean it out when you have it at 3000 rpm. 128 is the target for the trims. Lower numbers means it'* rich and trying to remove fuel. Higher means its lean and trying to add fuel.

I don't know. I can think of a dozen ways to address a lean condition. Not much for rich. The ST being so low at 3000 rpm would suggest that it'* still learning. Have you changed anything recently and not driven much?

I thought he swapped the ECM but I know he drives it every day to work but his work is close by. If it is leaning out at 3k wouldn't that be a clue to the fuel pressure drop?
