ok guys thanks for all the help here is some more pictures..
notice the elbow, has a crack in it, i cannot get one of these, the dealers say its a non serviceable part and 3 part stores dont have it......
I took my canister out today and some gas came out of it where the hoses connect, there are no cracks on the canister that i can see, nor do i smell any gas around the car, except for what came out of the canister.

mny, how much fuel was in the canister when you pulled it? Doesn't sound like it'* purging to me.
Can you check for resistance across the two pins of the evap solonoid?

Secondly, that rubber vacuum elbow should be available. It'* a crock that they call that a non-serviceable part (dumb #@$&*$%). Anyway, take a longer piece of the rubber vaccum hose you bought, obviously of the correct diameter, and form a long radiused piece to replace the elbow. That small crack can cause minor vacumm leaking and that will contribute to a code.

The rubber elbows can sometimes be found in the HELP section at your local parts store.
On the canister with some fuel in it. Do you fill only to the first click or do you continue after that first click?

i rarely fill my tank to the top, so there is no clicking for me, lol. The solenoid is available from a dealer for less than 30 bucks(thats the one on top of the cannister. right?), and the cannister is $93-ouch! i tried 3 local parts stores for the elbow and nobody had anything. so i will have to use the idea that lash said.
