Start from scratch again, and this time pull your A/C relay.
I believe the TCC/Antilock switch is with the brake light switch. When you step on the brake, a connection is made telling your PCM to unlock the TCC(if its locked up) and also telling the ABS that yea, the breaks are being applied and if need be, go ahead and activate ABS. In Mike lamens terms.

Unhooked the a/c relay and the fuse pops immediately after starting the car. I am going to trace the wires where they run from the fuse panel to the components and see if I can find the short. I might end up just running a new wire so I need to find where they end. I know the ones at the fan relays so I started there. Any tips or more info would be welcome

Quick way to do it... see the pins I listed. Test for continuity to ground on those pins. When you find one that has it.. that'* your culprit.
They all appear to go through P100, I dunno where that pass through is..but most likely it'* the driverside passthrough.

Yeah they all have continuity to ground. Its one feed coming off the fuse panel and at some point they branch off. So I still have to trace it out unfortunately. And yes it is the driver side pass through.

PCM unplugged and The feed from the fuse panel still grounds. In the process of tracing the wire looking for the short. I want to try to find where it is shorting out to make sure that nothing else is on the verge of shorting out in the same place.
