The retaining nuts on the top backed off easy, then two waps with a hammer and they popped out of the control arm, with a bit of help from boosty, i realised that full load has to be on BOTH control arms to install one link...make sense..suspension flex..
WOW just doing the fronts made SUCH a difference!!!!! Very pleased.
