Electrical air mix actuator

Electrical air mix actuator
I have a 1997 SSEi.
I'm not sure if you guys saw my replies in the HVAC Problems thread so I decided to create a new thread.
Heat isn't coming out of the bottom vents but when I touch the bottom of the heater assembly under the dash it is hot to the touch. That ruled out needing a new a heater coil.
It looks like I have to replace the electrical air mix actuator based on relies to my initial thread. Can I get to this part throught the glove box or do I have to remove the dash. Any help here would be appreciated. Also, there is an airbag in the dash. Does this increase the complexity of doing this.
You guys are great. Thank you for your assistance.
PS - I have attached a picture of what I see after removing the glove box.
