Farmboy...sorry to lead you down the wrong path. Jr'* and I chatted quickly. He and I believe that the tubes are different lengths. Therefore like in his post the cross hatches are in a different place.

It was the same in every aspect with the exception of the location of the cross hatch area...
When I used the new dipstick I was almost a quart over... Couldn't figure it out.... Placed the sticks together and saw the diffrence... lol

And um yeah, about 10 months ago I was ready to buy an 00 SSEi with 32,000 miles on it
