Is your PCV valve installed nipple up and flat side down?

How about that little hose thingy. Sometimes they don't always stay in place when you install the UIM.

I can see it when I take that pcv cap off on the side of it does that rule out the hose or does it connect somewhere else inside the UIM also I assume the stock pcv cap should work the one that came with it looks different and has a hole in the top so it just Sucks tons of air in and it'* very noticeable you can hear it

You did put the MAP sensor back on right?
If you did you may want to inspect the o ring that goes on it.
The pick-up tube does not connect to anything inside the UIM, so you do not need to worry about that, the only issue I had when I did mine was that it was hard to get the new PCV cap on, this was due to that pickup tube being to far up into the new UIM, I tapped it down a little and was able to get the new PCV cap/map sensor on without a struggle.
Just curious, but did you remove the LIM and replace the nylon 6,6, LIM gaskets that are known to fail?
