So just to make sure im clear.. Use Carb Cleaner on the TB and just use Rubbing Alc on the MAF right :?

No, you have a throttle body, not a carbuerator.
If you use a throttle body cleaner that is sensor safe you can use if for both. Carb cleaner doesn't have quite the same properties as TB cleaner.
