My first impression is something to do with the ignition system. Bad wire(*), bad coil pack, or really fouled plugs. Or maybe the plugs were changed and the wires were misrouted. Could also be a vaccuum line that has come off somehwere.

I don't see anything in your signature to dictate 2 heatranges colder than stock, and that may cause further problems down the road. Let'* try to fix it rather than band-aid it.
You should be NO MORE than ONE heatrange colder than stock, and if you do that, you should gap at .055". I suggest staying with stock plugs for the time being and not introducing another variable.
As I suggested in your Intro post, I'd like to see if we can isolate some noise and accessories and hear the engine alone. Try starting the car with both belts removed for a few minutes. Don't run more than a few this way, as your water pump won't be circulating.
You can check the resistance of your plug wires with an ohmmeter, and you can check your coils in the same manner by using the procedure in TECHINFO. Ultimately, we need to start ruling some things out before we spend any money on repairs.

Ignore the plugs for now. Run the engine with both betls removed and see if some of the noise goes away. If it does, install one belt at a time to narrow it down.
Do NOT run 2 heatranges colder on plugs until you're running a 2.3" pulley or smaller. If you are on the stock pulley, run NGK TR55 plugs at .055" gap.
Pull your plugs to inspect them and take a pic of them placed in order so we can see them. Do NOT replace them yet. We don't need more unneeded variables introduced into your mess right now, and you bought the wrong plugs.

You mentioned having new parts that would come into today. When you swap the wires, double check that they are routed to the correct cylinders. It may also be worthwhile to check your battery cables for any corrosion etc. While his is most likely not the cause, a weak ignition system could be a possibility.

I'll Bet that Bosch Platinum Plug is why that car was running like comeplete ****...
Wait till you get the New plugs and wires in there..
Not sure who put the Bosch Plats in that car but just remember, do not run Platinum plugs in a Forced Induction car.. Stick with Copper or Iridium...
Let us know how it turns out
