ya i know that is my weak point but i still get the idea across and i'm not going to go in to
a whole feel sorry for me cause i'm stupid thing but i will say that i never seen the inside of a school since 5th grade so some things are just not clicking in my head for things like this back to the issue at hand
i am going to go out and swap the sensor leads in a sec and see if it gets the fans that way for now

Ok.. Good.
We know we have power.
Do we know the temp gauge is accurate? My 95 was consistent...not accurate. The dash would say 240 when the pcm temp was 212. That'* a far cry from a happy situtation. However if you are looking for fan turn on too early, it'* a possibility.
Next up is looking for the fan request. The ground going to the relay is the trigger for the fans. When the pcm wants fans, that wire is grounded. Check for ground when you know the fans should be on. If you get no ground..then it may be a pcm. Not a typical failure though.
